Stephanie Sperring, CNS, LD, MS, AIP Certified Coach
Stephanie is a Nutritionist who is dedicated to helping clients feel empowered through diet and lifestyle change. Her mission is to empower clients through educating them that food is medicine. She believes through diet and lifestyle change clients can regain control of their life and feel amazing. She has earned the AIP Certified Coach Practitioner certificate, completed her internship at Elevate Health and a clinical rotation at NUNM. She graduated from Portland State University and earned a master’s degree in Nutrition from National University of Natural Medicine.
When getting her Masters she focused on nutritional immunology in order to better understand how food and lifestyle adjustments can create huge changes in your life. As a result, she is prepared to help you create a healthier, more fulfilled life. In addition to being an AIP certified coach practitioner, she is also well versed in diets such as Paleo, SCD, GAPS, low-histamine diets among others.
Her desire to help others with health issues resulted from her own struggle with autoimmunity and other gut problems. After years of being misdiagnosed and told it was all in her head, she finally got the right diagnosis. Through amazing providers and self-discovery she found how food and lifestyle choices can change your life for the better. She wants to ensure that others do not have to go through years of pain and suffering, which is why she became a nutritionist.
